I got to know Lauren & Joe through a referral from my boss. That’s right, I have a 8-5 job on top of this one (that I love as well) and Joe is my boss’ brother! To say I was a little on edge shooting their day was an understatement, but everything turned out amazing!
There was a chance for rain that day, which made for some awesome clouds that rolled through during their ceremony. They made it clear from the beginning that they wanted to enjoy cocktail hour completely, so we actually scheduled a ‘Day After’ session with them to capture all of their photos together! I still captured a handful on their wedding day because let’s be honest, I could not NOT do any. But to be able to spend time with family and friends who were in town just for them, was something they did not want to miss.
