Fun fact: Cley proposed to Arielle during their maternity shoot in which I had the honor of photographing last year! So, it was great to come full circle and get the chance to capture their Killens Pond engagement session. And it was an honor to be able to create more special memories of the pair before their big day. We truly lucked out with the weather and the fall foliage at Killens Pond State Park. The session was almost rescheduled due to heavy wind and rain. But the skies cleared and the sun peeked through just long enough for me to capture Arielle and Cley in their element. Arielle and Cley love to camp, fish, and hunt in their free time, making Killens Pond State Park the perfect place to honor their relationship. At one point we had a family of deer as an audience which contributed in bringing out their natural smiles! The rain eventually came again but only added to the beauty of their photos. And this lighthearted couple didn’t mind getting their hair wet!
